EXTERNAL TANK FAILURE · ETF-001

EXTERIOR DISCOLORATION, STAINING, AND LOSS OF GLOSS

Color change, streaking, dullness, and deposits are frequent visual findings caused by UV, weather, spills, permeation, heat, or process vapors. They are condition indicators, not proof of structural failure by themselves.
